How do I cancel account?

You can cancel your account at any time via the Account Settings Page. If you are still within your free trial period then cancelling your account will immediately terminate your account. If you cancel your account after your free trial period you will still have access to your account until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a mobile app

We are currently developing a mobile app for both iOS and Android. We hope to have it available by the end of the year.

Where is the Chinese Vocabulary course?

We are still in the process of porting our previous vocabulary course over to the new platform. We hope to have it available in October 2021.
